Well i would look at the return springs and see if the little tiny pins that hold the tiny little spring inside has broken or that the snap rings on the outside have moved and are not even . As they have to be all set the same to start out with and sorta self adjust . You need and I T or factory service manual to set them to start with . Also check and see if the brake piston is not setting even on the brake piston housing . Clean and scuff up all mating surfaces check for any oil leakage .
