I don't know about any law for fenders. I do know most of them didn't have fenders as they were in the way for the cultivator brackets that did the lifting and depth control on the IHC's Our H has not had fenders as far back as I can remember. We took them off on our MD so we could get on it. The fenders were to close. As for the B I think the 12-1700 range would get it in the real world. I would give 50.00 for it. To light in the front end and the clutch is backwards. Who would want to reach for the radiator while trying to see the drawbar. Always thought that was stupid.
