I work on Toro zero turns. Those hydros are only designed to push that big mower around. They have limited towing capacity and towing shortens the life of the pumps.
If you want a crawler that you can work with, you need to look at something more heavy duty. The guy suggesting look at combine hydros might be on the right track. You probably are going to need a hydraulic oil cooler too.
When I worked on curb forming machines, we used torque hubs for gear reduction and torque multiplication. Parker and Sundstrand components. Seems like there was one other mfg. of pumps too, but can't remember the other name.
