jCarroll- Way too much water, you spent a lot of time and electricity mot needed. Water only needs to be about one inch up on the jars, even if that much. I don't know your altitude but unless you are up in the high Rockies, you only need to use 10 psi for 15 minutes. Also, once you reach proper psi, cut back on heat so pressure canner only vents about once every minute. I use the weights that jiggle when they vent and I listen for the jiggle and adjust temp accordingly to a jiggle a minute.
