Just another comment to add.... When I was driving commercially, I had several run-ins with UPS drivers. They are rude, arrogant, and expect to go to the front of the line wherever there is one.
True story: I used to make a daily early morning delivery to a hospital of medical supplies. It was a tricky dock on a narrow side street. As I pulled up to back into the dock, I saw a UPS truck coming. As soon as I started moving towards the dock, UPS slid right in behind me into MY DOCK!!! I set the brakes, got out of the truck, and told the UPS driver that he had until I got back in my truck to be away from that dock or I would crush his truck with mine. He looked at me kind of funny, but he did move. Later, after I was at the dock, and he was at another dock, I told him that if he ever pulled a stunt like that again, I would not offer him the courtesy of warning him. Let him explain that to his supervisor as they towed his truck away!!
If I am not mistaken, an interstate truck backing into a dock has right of way over all other traffic except pedestrians until docking is completed. I was told that by a federal marshal.
