I had Dish. After the 14th receiver gave up, I gave up on Dish. Their equipment in my area was cheap refurbished Chinese JUNK. The first receiver they installed for me was broken right out of the box. Technician came to replace it, and the next two that he brought in were bad right out of the box. The last one went right to snow while I was watching it. They wanted $39.95 to repair/replace it. That was the last straw.
Not meaning to step on any toes, BUT...... the day will NEVER come that I would pay out that kind of money to sit and watch TV. It simply is not that important to me. And, for that extra $3000 a year that you are paying out for "sports," couldn't you just go to the events you want to see? Then you can pay $7 for a hot dog and $12 for a beer to wash it down with. Hey. as long as you are literally throwing away money, why not do it right?????
