In the past, there have been discussions about Tracfone on this website. I wanted to make folks aware of an issue that has risen with my wife's Tracfone. She had purchased and entered a double minute card several years ago, and it had always worked properly. This morning when I entered minutes into her phone, the double minute feature was gone. I called their customer service, and the lady said she could find no record of that phone ever having a double minute card added to it. Something is fishy, and there appears to be no recourse. Beware of the Tracfone double minute feature.
