Well sort of that is. To start with found the starter to be bad. It was just good enough to start it a couple times but then nothing. #2 fuel pump is bad. It is the old machancl sp cam drive type. Has almost no suction and no pressure out. #3 the brakes do not work. Master cylinder was dry and I filled it up and tried to pump the brakes up but get nothing so likely the master is bad. Runs pretty good on the 1 quart lawn mower gas tank so at least that is a plus but not sure I could drive it much on a quart tank LOL
