Blue Ox is a very reliable tow bar used by almost all MotorHome people who need transportation when they get parked.
I tow a Chevy Cobalt (two wheel drive with auto transmission) with all wheels on the ground. The owner's manual recommends this over towing with a dolly. Max 60 MPH though.
I also use a Brake Buddy as a supplemental brake system as well as a break away protection. I cannot imagine this ever coming into play 'cause the tow bar and both safety cables would need to bust for the toad to get away from us.
