Massey Ferguson 230 (1984)

I am buying a Massey Ferguson 230 (vintage 1984) that I have been borrowing for the last five years. I know it is in decent working order (though could do with some work it has to be said - stiff linkage arms, paintwork, a few bits and pieces that are not absolutely essential but nice to put right). What would be a fair price for this?

We have a rough price in mind but I'd like to see what others think before I reveal that figure :)
