I am 66 and drive a triaxle dump occasionally for friends, they rarely want me to lift a finger to do anything other than drive, but I like to lend a hand where I can see that it will help. I don't do anything too strenuous but I believe that I can still help the job to go along faster, and I feel guilty just standing watching.
