The changes made to the 66 series tractors in preparation for the 86 series were introduced over a period of time so you really can't go by where the serial number is located or what clutch housing is on the tractor.
The black strip graphic package was introduced with the following serial numbers:
766 - 16541
966 - 31263
1066 - 55425
1486 - 28897
Hydro 100 - 12235
I don't have a paper parts manual for the 1566 so I have no way of looking to see what the serial number was when the change was made for those tractors.
