I run a 94 f350 7.3 and my buddy runs a 97 f250 7.3 both of our trucks just died from water in old diesel, (pumped out of a 50 gallon drum from a while ago) got em running real quick doing this:
Drain the water out of the filter if you have water in the lines pull the return lines off the pump and crank the engine to purge the lines. If you haven't run it with water in it, pulling the beds off these is real simple, front tank is easy as well if you leave the bed on.
Depending on how much water is in there you can run it and just crack open the drain on your filter every time you use it, if you get too much water in there pull of return lines purge and refill fuel filter with clean diesel she'll go
You can always shove a tube down the filler and siphon the tank you can get most of it like this
