With the water shortage in California. Cities are encouraging water users to use less water. Now since less water is used, the water districts are going to raise water rates, because not enough money is coming from the water that is being used. Insurance companies are going to raise auto insurance rates, because more people are in accidents, and being killed. I see this as more stupid drivers. On the bright side gas rates are going down. I filled up my Dodge pickup for 3.29 a gal. yesterday. Stan
