That's a decent mower, but not an all out commercial. I have Toro's and Exmark's for my crews and a step up or two from that one might be a good idea if you like to overbuy. My opinion is that I like the "older" ones without the unitized setup. Filters separating important parts, a pump goes bad it probably won't grenade the wheel motor, etc. There are low houred commercial ones out there if you look around. I find 2-3 a year. We thoroughly work ours over and they last a long time with maintenance. Some of mine get 400-500 hours a year and keep going. JDseller is correct, that 2000 won't have a good resale if that matters also. My 2 cents. I have my favorites on engines also if you want my opinion...
