Yes pure speculation on my part. But I think I was right.
Sorry I can not stop and lend a hand even if I wanted to for several reasons. 1) Time I notice you need help and get stopped I am well past you; and while I am good I am not attempting to back wiggle wagons up on the side of the road so I would have to walk 1/4 of a mile to help you. 2) There is really no place for me to park as it is against the law to park a vehicle hauling hazardous materials within 5 feet of the travel lanes. 3) It is also against the law and company policy for me to stop and help someone in distress. Never know when someone is faking a breakdown just to get you to stop.
