I now have USAA, due to the fact I got a discount if I used them when I bought a new truck. Liked them so much that I changed my other cars to them. Was using Progessive. My house and shops are with American Family, only because I have had two claims and they took care of them with no problem. So I am happy with both. I know two people who were cancelled by State Farm and they had them for years. So years with a company don't mean squat.
