Stephen we were hit by a, um, driver from south of the border who disappeared after the accident investigation was complete. We had liability only and our insurance company told us it was up to us to find him. If we had full coverage the insurance company would help us out. Later I found out the law drug the guy back to Iowa from California but we were not notified.
