I made sure when I put the tapered bolt back in, that it was going into that groove, or aligned with that groove I should say, and matched up on to the tapered hole. There is still a jam nut on that little square headed bolt. It's not missing. I will check again though to see if the tapered hole is clean and perfectly in the groove again. Good point, thanks.
