You'll probably be OK on the oil seals,my dad was running the AC 180 and told me that night that oil was coming out of the dip stick.The fuel pump had gone bad and was pumping gas into the crank case,I drained it changed the filter put in new oil(and a new fuel pump) and it ran fine.Probably have the cleanest AC 180 engine around.That was 20 years ago and its still going strong.
