Well that tractor is a total orphan now. Long became Farmtrac which went bankrupt then Montana. Which then ended selling new tractors in 2011. So basically the whole bloodline of the entire tractor history is either bankrupt or out of business.
Parts can be had only because it is a Uzina built tractor. So the basic drive line was used in other tractors. There are companies that sell parts for the major stuff. The little things that would have been on the model build just for Long are not available. Also the Universal/Uzina plant/company is no longer in business either. So that just makes everything more shaky.
They are not a terrible tractor. They are clumsy and crude. They were a cheap tractor when new and are not very valuable now. So the fellow wanting $5000 for a Long 2360 is DREAMING or fishing for a sucker. It is worth maybe 60% of that and even then there are not many buyers because of the uncertainty over parts.
