Sometimes telling them doesn't work. We had a guy come in wanting 20 rolls of baler twine.The three smart guys only find 19. So they were told to go into the storage trailer and get another roll. So they go out and load the guy with 19 more rolls.Lucky for the store the customer was honest and called in about the problem when he got home.Only reason they still have jobs is we need the help.But now I check all loads going out.
