Well he interviewed yesterday at two places. He started work at the one this morning. He ran an articulated dump truck all day hauling dirt. He is making a little less per hour than he was but he only has a 30 minute drive verses over an hour. So that is good. The Ludwig Brothers he is working for are good guys. I have known them for over 40 years. As long as he works well and shows up on time they will work with him. They are both super equipment operators. The fellows that work for them know how to run just about everything as well. The only reason they where hiring is that one fellow had a heart attack and he is going to retire. He had worked for them over twenty years an just turned 74. LOL
This should be a good deal for the young guy. They have a very low turn over in workers.
