Move the winch to the other(front) side of the sq. crosspiece, mount a piece of 3" channel vertically to the back side of the crosspieces and fit a roller or pulley to the top of it (length will depend on how much additional lift you need). Run the winch line up over the roller or pulley and down to the lift point on the bed.
