It would depend on two things: 1) If your system is open center or closed center on the hydraulics. 2) The rated flow of the hydraulics at the SCV valve.
Your IH 460 and 756 are both open center systems and are not high flow systems. The CIH 5220 is a closed center system. So you would need the plumbing to be different for that CIH 5220. Also you need to regulate the flow to the hydraulic motor running the spray pump. On most hydraulic driven spray pumps there is an adjustment in the area of the inlet port that allows you to control the flow going to the motor and bypasses the extra. I know on Ace hydraulic pumps it is a slotted bolt with a jam nut that you adjust out for less pump speed/flow and in for more. Other brands have it but I have not used them so I can't tell you right of the top of my head how to set them.
