Even though your seals are leaking, the slots to let out oil at the bottom of the trumpets must be blocked, as these slots should let a lot of oil and condensation out before it will do any harm....A piece of wire or a hacksaw blade will clear the slots (which are where the axle trumpets and transmission casing meet).....If you added oil to both axles then you must have filled the planetary hubs?...I am wondering if you could have overfilled them? usually level with the filler hole is sufficient,.....Could your breathers be blocked? these are usually on top of the hubs and need taking off and blown out occasionally ......too much oil getting warm and expanding with blocked breathers will put extreme pressure on the seals, causing them to leak...
