The threaded part is called a gland nut. This is not properly engaging the ferrule to hold it tight into the fitting. My first suggestion is that you try to get a replacement ferrule and gland nut. Carefully split the old ferrule and remove it from the tube, and replace both pieces. Second possibility is to replace the entire line if possible. Keeping in mind that these lines are calibrated in length to maintain correct injector timing.
What I do NOT recommend in any way shape or form is using a "farmer fix" on it. Teflon tape is too soft to help push the ferrule deeper into the fitting. You can see that the top of the ferrule is deforming and "flowing" back into the gland nut. The LAST thing you want to seal is the thread. This tubing setup is rated at around 30,000 psi maximum. This tells me that you have a high pressure injector setup. Note the small inside diameter of the tube. Sealing the threads would expose them to orders of magnitude more pressure than they will withstand. End result would be an explosive failure. Also note that this system has enough pressure to force fuel through your skin if you get sprayed directly at that pressure.
From the look of that ferrule, it has yielded where it contacts the gland nut. This could indicate possible over tightening at some time previously. It could also be a fatigue failure. There is also the possibility that many hours and many vibrations have taken their toll. Just looks like the thing plain wore out.
