I finally gave up on the ones in a jug with a pump. The pumice was probably eating the pumps and they quit working.
Switched to Dawn dish detergent in a gallon jug with a pump. Works better than any hand cleaner I have ever used--even on the tough diesel oil type grease from inside the engines. Just use with water and you will be surprised. No problems with excessive dry skin either.
