They are pretty good about that. You can email them and let them know your situation and give them an approximate time line as to when you are available. Somewhere on the page is a link that says ask the auctioneer. I know that if you have selected a specific item and are looking at it in the right top there is that link. If it is an issue of a long period of time I am sure that a couple of us that live in areas closer may be able to help you out as well with it. But I know them to be pretty good folks and I know they have worked with others in the past me included.
