Thanks y'all. I didn't realize the Longs and Olivers were closely related. Learn something new everyday. I think he's calmed down on selling it now. He said he wasn't really going to advertise it but if somebody came up with a reasonable offer he'd sell it. Before I enquired he was pretty hot on selling so I think he plans on me having it. I could be wrong and if so that's OK but he sure did cool off quick.
