Yep at my age I have to "man up" (if you wanna call it that lol) and have that done once a year during the annual physical and as far as a Colonoscopy, I'm up to a 5 to 10 year cycle now due to past good exams. However if you consider the alternative POSSIBLE UNDETECTED DEADLY CANCER well its not so bad I reckon. I had a good friend die sometime back of colon cancer and the Doc told him had he ever had regular exams (which he NEVER did) theres a good chance they could have caught it early and saved his life. Sooooooooo I guess I will continue to "grin and bear it" lol
