: Kelly, : International and John Deere and most other manufacturers started offering factory cabs in the early 60's. MM offered a factory cab in the late 30's or 40's on a model of the MM that was supposed to be dual use as a tractor or farm car. I don't remember the model number of the MM. Also there were many aftermarket cabs available in the 50's to fit many tractor models. Despite the availability, cabs did not become popular in our area untill the late 70's and 80's. : Harold H Thanks to everyone who submitted responses to my inquiry on tractor cabs. It is useful to know when some of the earlier cabs were introduced, but I was more interested in knowing when they became commonly available with most tractor models. Harold basically confirmed my suspicion, which was that cabs were not "popular" until as late as the 60s or 70s. Thanks, Kelly
