unless you are 10' tall and have hands like a gorilla, the 2 nuts should not be hard to get to.
In addition to the 2 nuts, you will have to remove the air tube, the linkage to the choke, and the linkage from the governor.
both the choke and governor linkage are ball ends on the carb linkage and the choke and gov rod have spring loaded 'cup' ends that snap over the balls. just pull the cup and rod apart a bit and they will slip off the balls.
you then neet to remove the fuel line from the sediment bowl.
