You don't give enough information for anyone to help you.
How are you accessing your local area network? Ethernet? WiFi? Or do you maybe have a 4G wireless modem?
Is your computer set up to use a static IP address or Dynamic Host Control Protocol (DHCP)? (Most LANs are set up for DHCP, and so should your laptop.)
Are you sure you're connected to your local area network? (Hint: the "ipconfig" command will tell you the state of all your network adapters.)
Are you sure your LAN actually has internet access? Does another computer on the same network work?
If you think you're connected to your LAN, and you think your LAN is connected to the internet, see if DNS works (Domain Name Service). Try "nslookup yesterdaystractors.com".
If you get to point where DNS works, then you shouldn't have any problems.
Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo filesizes should be less than 300K and Videos, less than 2MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case.
