2007 well if you used it much probably just flat out going bad again. Maybe the throw out bearing it getting bad or the fingers on the pressure plate are getting bad but hey 8 year on one if used a lot isn't bad. Or if you do not use it much it could well just be rust on things and you need to go out and work it some and slip the clutch a bit to clean up the rust
