I looked at the link and video - If I was closer and needed one I'd be on my way to see it - to me, I think you've placed a very reasonable price on it, you just need to wait a bit longer for a 'real' buyer to come knocking - and don't be afraid to price it with some 'wiggle' room; most buyers will want to be able to say 'Yeah, she was asking 2800 but I made her an offer and she took it! (even if the offer was 2700 they will feel like a 'big shot' with the purchase) - Don't forget the old horse-trader's creedo - 'If they're asking 10 it's worth 9 and they'll take 8 so offer them 7'. 8) Good Luck to you!
