I use Treadwright 'caps' on a couple of pickups. Our feed truck ( round bale handler )for one. Their tires have done well, only had one failure out of several sets & they replaced that tire. I don't use them on the truck I tow with, I have stuck with new tires for that job. I buy the one's that have what they call 'Kedge' grip. Those are great on packed snow and Ice. Might add that I buy their mud tires - it's hard to find a mud tire that also works well on ice. Do I run them long distances on the highway - NO, I also don't run them on my 'tow' vehicle , but for everything else, they are fine. JMO
