I see you have had some of the major tourist attractions mentioned. Here are a few more that I love.

I would add these:

Take a Ride the Ducks tour. Kind of goofy but a LOT of fun and a good tour!

Also take the Argosy Harbor Tour. A ferry ride is good too especially if you can time your ride to be coming INTO Seattle at dusk or a bit later as the lights are coming on. Beautiful!

Boeing Museum of Flight is a great place. Do not miss that.

Both the stadiums are fun! Esp. if you can take in a game.

Other great places to see are the Le May Car Museum in Tacoma. Both the new fancy one downtown and the LeMay family collection at Marymount. I like the family one myself but I like original condition old iron and Harold LeMay did too!!!

A ride over to Gig Harbor is worth the trip to get to see our two side by side suspension bridges on Hiway 16. Galloping Gerty and her new twin sister!Continue your drive up to Bremerton and tour the USS Turner Joy and see the old mothballed ships on the water front. A great trip to tie to a ferry ride back to Seattle at dusk to see the lights!

Down that way is also the Chihuli Glass Art museum.

If you like boats stop in Kent and see the Hydroplane and Raceboat Museum.

If you are up north at all check out the Flying Heritage Museum at Paine Field. So GREAT old war birds there!

Those last ones are privately funded and WELL worth the time to see and support.

Also in Everett and worth the time is a Tour of the Boeing 747 plant.

A couple neat steam train places a bit further out if you are in to steam are at Elbe and at Chehalis.

Almost forgot to add a trip up to Snoqualmie Falls to see the falls and the trains there too!

For farm stuff a trip over to Yakima and the Central WA Ag Museum in Union Gap will give you a nice day trip and a peek at orchard country and eastern WA as well. Lots more to see around the Yakima Valley and more north toward Wenatchee. A couple nice loop trips can take you thru those areas. Either back past Mt Rainier or go north and back over hiway 2 or 20.

There that should keep you busy for a couple hours!

Today's Featured Article - The Day Mom Drove the 8N - by Brian Browning. My Dad was wanting to put in a garden but couldn't operate the 8N and handle the old horse drawn plow he had found and rigged up to use with the tractor. Well, he decided to go get Mom out of the house and have her drive the tractor while he walked behind the plow. You got to understand that while my Mom is a hard worker who will always help whenever she can... she had never operated farm machinery before that day. Dad got her out there, explained how the clutch was the same as in our o ... [Read Article]
