I would just like to clarify one thing here.... LOUD is irrelevant. No matter how loud of a noise you can make and send into the phone, do you REALLY expect it to be reproduced, and in original volume on a little tiny earphone that is maybe the size of a thumbnail??? Really??? There are limits to what a telephone headset can reproduce, and it is most certainly less than you think.
So...... you can be as loud as you like, but it is very unlikely to cause any real discomfort at the other end. Now, pick up your phone, look at that TINY LITTLE SPEAKER and ask yourself "how much noise can this thing really reproduce?" Most likely not enough to do more than annoy you.
