I have all but eight acres planted and those last eight are just going to sit. I planted 550 in beans and 80 in milo. I finished cutting the 200 of wheat yesterday and finished planting it about two hours ago. Now it is raining. The good Lord is shining on me for sure.
Wheat was bad. Seed field was 40 BPA (but the berries were too shriveled to save) but all of the others averaged 10. What was there had a test weight of 42. I've never had it that low. I have a load in the truck right now. I thinking I will just weigh it and then grind for hog feed. The protein level is probably really low, though.
