Rick, Thats why they have noise abatement and disturbing the peace laws. I have no problems with neighbors up until I cant go out on my property without being pummeled by noise that would make a deaf man wince. I am sure you would not permit excess noise all hours of the night while you were trying to get some sleep after a days work. Life liberty and the pursuit of happiness is a two way street,not to be used for extensive noise just because the neighbors can't do that where they live 5 days a week in the spring summer.
