There are many of the Amish communities going to the IED flashing lights on their buggies. I think it is a great IDEA. I just about ran over a buggy while hauling feed a few years ago. I also had one with the flashing IEDs scare the crap out of me. He had the lights off until he heard me coming up behind him. So all at once a few hundred feet in front of me this buggy lights up. LOL Heart check time.
As for the little wagon in the picture. I would be that they can park the buggy and take the little wagon to where they need the supplies on it. Smart move so they do not have to unload the things.
