JD Seller, you know why your county implemented such zoning. It stopped land owners from selling off as many house lots as they wanted. I imagine it has stopped the building of homes out in the agricultural areas as well there as it did here when it was put in affect in my area in the 1970's. You know as well as I what happens when city folk move to the country and their numbers increase to their is more of them than farmers.
