I went to Prax-Air a couple weeks ago to exchange a blue tank from TSC for the welder, and get a few other things I needed. No-one was out on the sales floor, but then a guy came out of his office with a phone to his ear. Said he'd been on hold for 10 minutes already do he'd try to help me while he was waiting. He was ringing me up, holding his phone to his ear, and when the phone on the counter rang he answered that too, so he had 2 phones and he was still able to help me.
I was impressed at the multi-functioning he was doing and was happy he didn't make me wait. The local Prax-Air gets just about all of our business.
