As far as salvage, there ain't no bolts to unbolt! The left hand weight has fallen off, all the steel on that thing is fused together. The steering pedestal is so crystalized it looks like tree bark. A good whack with a sledge and it would be gone. All the sheet metal has rusted away long ago. The tank is there but fallen sideways on the frame and the bottom is gone from it. The oil pan is full of holes, and sand.
Nope, not a good part on it, probably been submerged in salt water then dried out hundreds of times in the years it has been there. .
If anyone wanted it, they would need a tug and a barge with a crane to get it
