As usual and what I love and appreciate, all 3 kids called and wished me Happy Fathers Day, told me what they were up to and asked the same of me, we all spent quality phone time together. They know I'm NOT into gifts or a neck tie lol. In my desk drawer I keep an envelope of special gifts they gave me over the years like hand drawn cards or school crafted gifts and things such as the year one of my sons gave me an envelope with some change and a dollar bill inside which I treasure and is worth more than a million dollars in my eyes, as are all the special kids gifts from the heart. I intend to have that envelope placed in my casket so I will carry it through all eternity. Then late last night the wife told me to look what my 30 something daughter had placed on her Facebook Page which is the picture and caption below. I was really touched and consider myself blessed. As the song goes when we raised the kids, "I must have done something right".
