Steven. The most important aspect of buying a tractor that's going to be a worker is dealer support. Some parts are only available from the OEM so a good local dealer is important especially if you need a large part that would be expensive to ship. Here where I'm at JD, Ford (through CaseIH/New Holland dealers) and IH are the ones to buy. The dealer that supports AGCO (White, Oliver, MM and MF) is 60 miles away and has poor parts support. So here I'd tell you to look for an IH 706 or Ford 5000 in your price range. Both should be available for far less than 10K.
