Casey, I see where you say some bales are doubled, and from what I can see from the pics, the ends of many are kind of ragged. Make sure your plunger head knife is sharp and adjust the head so the knife is almost touching the stationary knife, and it will solve a lot of that. It will cut cleaner- more like a SNAP- and actually take a lot less HP to do the job. Plus, the bales will be squarer.
