With in these past couple of months My dad and I have been on this internet looking at impelements. WE found a really nice I.H. two roll planter which we have bought. Trying to figure out how to get it to California was a little bit hard but now I got it figured out. Trucking companies have so many differnt prices. I found out they vary but I think I have a good deal to run on this time. The planter is in the state IN and I need it hauled to California the trucking company I am going to use is only going to charge me 1,400 which I think is a fair price. Time I add in the stuff I need to do to my truck to make the trip and the coast of diesel fuel I could not get close to that price but I would have spent more. My next big purchase is going to be for myself I hope. I want a two row planter that is new my old one is to old and is can no longer be fixed. Looking for some thing afordable that works and is current for easy parts to fix it. I was looking at Cole Vile JR & covington planters but also took a look at the new John Deere planter to. I thought just maybe I could find a small model that was price good. Brent..
