Decades ago when I was stationed in Germany, they had a law (apparently) about driving on the Autobahn. You move into the left lane, pass, move back right. If someone rearends you while you were in the left lane, you were moving too slow and are at fault and get the ticket and pay the damages. That's how it was when I was there in the early '80's. That's how it should be.
I'm not a big fan of NASCAR, but admit that I'm a big fan of when someone is in the faster lane and moving slower, front corner of your vehicle uses the corner of their rear bumper, spin them out. I fully agree with that while on either the track or Interstate.
